These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Clarik ("Service"), an AI-powered Facebook Ads agent operated by Clarik ("we", "us", or "our"). By connecting your Facebook account or using our Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Service Description

Clarik is an AI agent that connects to your Facebook Ads account and helps you manage your advertising. The Service includes:

• AI chat interface for asking questions about your campaigns
• Automated performance alerts (low CTR, budget warnings, ad fatigue, no active ads)
• Weekly ad performance reports delivered by email
• Industry benchmark comparisons for your niche
• Competitor ad insights from Facebook Ad Library
• Facebook Ads trends radar updated every 3 days
• Ad scoring: 🔴🟡🟢 ratings per ad with recommended actions

2. Facebook Account Connection

To use Clarik, you connect your Facebook account via Facebook Login (OAuth). By doing so, you:

• Confirm that you are the owner or an authorized manager of the connected Facebook Ad Account
• Grant Clarik read-only access to your ad performance data, campaigns, and ad creatives
• Agree that your Facebook access token will be stored securely to enable ongoing monitoring

We request only the minimum permissions needed to read your ad data. We do not post on your behalf or manage your Facebook Page.

3. What We Do and Don't Do

Clarik ONLY reads your ad data. We do NOT:

• Modify, pause, or delete your campaigns or ads
• Spend or reallocate your advertising budget
• Make any changes to your Facebook Ad Account
• Share your ad data with third parties for commercial purposes
• Access your personal Facebook profile, messages, or friends list

All budget and campaign decisions are yours alone. Clarik provides recommendations — you decide whether to act on them.

4. AI Recommendations

Clarik's analysis and recommendations are generated by AI (Anthropic Claude) based on your ad performance data. These are intended as guidance only. We do not guarantee specific outcomes — ad performance depends on many factors outside our control, including Facebook's algorithm, your market, and your creative assets.

All decisions regarding your campaigns remain your sole responsibility.

5. Free Trial and Subscription

Clarik offers a 14-day free trial with no credit card required. After the trial period, continued access requires a paid subscription at $79/month (1 ad account, full access). You may cancel at any time — no cancellation fees.

Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Contact us at clarikaiforu@gmail.com within 7 days of billing if you have a concern.

6. Data Retention

We retain data as follows:

• Raw ad performance data: up to 7 days
• Analytics summaries and reports: up to 30 days
• Chat history and session memory: while your account is active
• Your email and ad account ID: until you request deletion

You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us.

7. Intellectual Property

Analysis reports and AI-generated content provided by Clarik are for your personal or business use. You may not resell, sublicense, or redistribute them without our written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

Clarik is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any advertising losses, missed opportunities, or other damages resulting from the use of or reliance on our analysis, alerts, or recommendations. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid in the 30 days prior to the claim.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms as the Service evolves. We will notify you of material changes via email or in-app. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
