These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Clarik ("Service") operated by Clarik ("we", "us", or "our"). By using our Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Service Description

Clarik is an AI-powered Facebook Ads analysis service. We analyze your Facebook ad account data and provide recommendations to improve your ad performance. We deliver analysis reports via email within 24 hours of your request.

2. Use of Service

By submitting your Ad Account ID and email, you:

• Confirm that you are the owner or authorized user of the Facebook Ad Account
• Grant Clarik permission to read your ad performance data for the purpose of analysis
• Agree to receive your analysis report at the email address provided

3. Free Trial

Your first analysis is completely free with no credit card required. After your free analysis, continued access requires a paid subscription (Basic at $49/month or Pro at $99/month).

4. What We Do and Don't Do

We ONLY read your ad data for analysis purposes. We do NOT:

• Modify, pause, or delete your campaigns
• Spend your advertising budget
• Share your data with third parties
• Store your ad data permanently

5. Accuracy of Analysis

Our analysis is generated by AI and is intended to provide guidance and recommendations. We do not guarantee specific results from implementing our recommendations. All decisions regarding your advertising campaigns remain your sole responsibility.

6. Subscriptions and Billing

Paid subscriptions are billed monthly. You may cancel at any time. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis — contact us at clarikaiforu@gmail.com within 7 days of billing if you have concerns.

7. Intellectual Property

The analysis reports we provide are for your personal or business use only. You may not resell or redistribute our reports without permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

Clarik is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any losses resulting from the use of our analysis or recommendations.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
